Our Story

A Legacy Cast in Stone

Designed in the 1960s with Frank Lloyd Wright's organic modernist touch, Samarkand House is built around two massive sandstone boulders — architecture that feels grown from the earth rather than placed upon it.

Just 50 minutes from Islamabad yet worlds apart, this former family retreat takes its name from the ancient Silk Road city of Samarkand, evoking a spirit of history, fusion, and enchantment.

We host just one group at a time. Your stay is private, curated, and entirely yours.
